Who we are
Theins is an assistant you text, made and run by Its Good Inc. (“we”). By signing up or texting Theins you agree to these terms, the Privacy notice and the SMS terms.
What Theins does
Theins answers questions, looks things up, keeps notes and reminders, and reads accounts you choose to connect. It answers from what it knows and what it finds, and it can be wrong. Check anything important, such as prices, times, opening hours or directions, before you rely on it.
Not professional advice
Theins does not give financial, investment, tax, legal or medical advice. What it says about money, health or the law is general information. You are responsible for your decisions.
Purchases and bookings
Theins buys or books something for you only after you approve it. You are responsible for purchases you approve. Bookings and orders with other services (for example OpenTable, Resy or a shop) are also under that service's own terms. Don't text a card number or a password; Theins will send you a secure place to add them.
Your account and data
You sign up with your phone number. You own what you tell Theins. Your conversations and what you teach Theins are used to personalize it for you and to improve the models that run it. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account page.
Texting
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in, and HELP for help. See the SMS terms.
Acceptable use
Use Theins for yourself. Don't use it to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, get at other people's accounts, or disrupt the service.
Changes and availability
Theins may change, pause or stop features. We may update these terms and will post the new date here. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
Theins is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Its Good Inc. isn't liable for losses arising from decisions made using Theins's answers.
